Blood Donation!

We're humbly appealing to all our mates for blood donors.

Aunty C's colleague whose beloved 9YO apricot Toy Poodle has met with a sudden onset of Anemia. Waffles red blood cells count is decreasing tramatically as we're typing this post on their behalf & would require an immediate blood transfusion of at least 250ml.

Deadline: 5th November 2009 @ 2100 hours (+8 GMT, Singapore Time).

It is unknown of the root cause yet at this juncture as the vets are still conducting various tests but likelihood could be Hemolysis, or perhaps an immune-mediated disease; in which the body attacks its own cells/organs. Additionally, the medication(s) which are supposed to assist in Waffle's condition prove to be futile at this moment.

You could help save a precious life if you meet the following requirements:-

1. Residing in Singapore!
2. Minimum weight of 18KGs.
3. Generally healthy.

Waffles is currently warded in ICU at Mount Pleasant @ Steven's Road. All charges (ie. transportation, blood tests, etc...) would be under the account of her Mommy Hazel.
